Cruising...

My voice is shaky again, and still a bit sore. Yesterday was quite a packed day, since i was kinda forced to get up by about 9 to get out.

I wet to city to meet Chris, Kev, Bo & Aron to go watch movie. Since all of us were supossed to meet @ 10:30...10:30 am after a full day of uni for me, i had to get up pretty damn early. So i'm going there, then i get a message from Kev saying that Bo wasn't going 'cause he was sick, and that he might not be able to. A few messages later and a few calls to Chris and Aron, Kev said he couldn't go 'cause he was too sick...and he was the one who organised this thing. Well no worries bro all good :D But yea i understand why we had to make it that early though. I'll explain why we had to start early soon. Aron, being Aron, was also a no show.

On the way to meeting chris, I met up with Royston, guy from primary and high school. Chatted for a bit trying to catch up in about 5 mins, then he had 2 split so i went and met chris and well being us with nothing much to do, we went space, bummed for about an hour.

At about 12-ish, Chris and i went over to Capitol to meet with some of his S3 people, since there was a S3 meeting (and that's why we had to meet early, since Chris couldn't stay for long). Met with a few people there then yeah i got a call from Jen saying to meet her. I also made a call to Dave telling him to meet me at market. So i left Chris with his S3 people and went over to market.

Omg...Jen was like there with a few people...but the thing was since i hadn't seen her since Jan, i didn't recognise her, 'cause she changed her style of clothing and her hair (she streaked it, but i still couldn't recognise her) and i gave her a call...when she was like 2 metres away from me >.< I looked so foolish grrr >.< Well yeah it was her "revenge" since i'm a sadistic bastard and most of the time she's giving me dirties 'cause i'm just picking up on her weaknesses. Anyway, Jen and her crew had to leave and i had to meet Dave anyway so i went over to Ezyway to meet Dave.

We chatted and walked over to Town Hall where we bummed and caught up for a bit. He got a call from Alan and we met with him outside KFC. Alan is so so smooth and so so good at singing. We went over to Big Echo to go, but they directed us to go to K-Mix. $10 unlimited K 1pm-9pm Sun - Thurs @ K-Mix or Big Echo. Cheap stuff = :D So the 3 of us bummed and sung for 4 hours, even though my voice pulled after 2 hours, damn sore throats.

After K we went over to Sussex St food court where we ate before cruising. We bumped into Bert (Albert Le)and chatted for a bit. Also, i saw one of the fuckers from uni. As you can tell, yeah i'm still pretty pissed off...and i've got them monday grrr...not going to be happy. Anyway, omg this old guy, he ordered after me, but thing is i was waiting for mine for aaaages, even Alan finished his laska before i started my food...then when it came, i was comming around to pick it up, then he took my food >.< I wasn't happy @ all >.< So i took his food, and i had to scoff most of it down since Alan had to pick up his tix.

So we walked over to King St Wharf, i bumped into a few people there, and met up with a few guys from High, naturally. Opal...omg...he seriously knew like at least 1/3 of the boat. There was ALOT of people from USYD Law who went yesterday. From High 2003, there was Dave, Opal, Will Wang, Simon Lai, Leonard, Tian, Jason Ong, Pius Jeon, Jim Yang, and Tony Chen...Tony Chen(he didn't dance though, if i missed anyone, sorry and tell me :D).

Drinking there was cheaper than Cave, but still around bar prices for most of them. Only had some weird 1 which was like a rip-off of Lemon Ruski, 'cause it was alot sweeter than Lemon Ruski, not as sweet as Cruisers though. Since my parents told me not to drink, i only had 1, and the fact that i didn't have enough dosh for the rest of the week if i spent more than $10, yes i'm poor.

The dancing was ok i guess, Will's just will so i'm sure many people know what's it like to dance with will. Lucy and some of her friends were there too so yeah with them was a bit crazy (not like Sarah and all of you, they can't keep it going all night, u FREAKS...BTW how was Timmy's place anyway?). Nothing special happened really, the normal dancing in groups, being chucked in the middle and grabbing other people 2 suffer with u, guys breaking, dirty dancin, etc etc. But the DJ wasn't that good. He started off crappy, then was pretty good almost half-way, then he just died off, even repeated songs. For a DJ, that's a no-no.

We docked outside Star City and a group of us left to go have food. I got a call that my ride was here so yeah i had to split and i just went home. Boring yeah but i couldn't do much about overly-protective parents.

I can definately say that the AYBC cruise on Glass Island was DEFINATELY better than UNSW's Comsoc cruise on the Lady Rose. I'll see if i can pull some pix from somewhere. But now, i'm ok, just a little tired from the fact that i had to wake so early yesterday. I guess i'll be ok. Nothing much for me the next few days, church, doing uni work and nothing much else.
