Children...

It's actually quite interesting what i found out today. It does have something to do with the kids i teach. Pretty good actually. Apart from that, it's been alright today, nothing too much but yeah some things worth blogging about i guess.

Woke at 7:30, after i slept at 1 last night. So 2 days (Yesterday and today) with a deprivation of sleep is starting to get to me. Tomorrow won't be much better, but i guess i catch some up tomorrow arvo. So went to church, tried to stay awake during the sermon thing, then yeah i had to teach.

It's really the usual, but today we had a smaller class, only 8 people showed up. In our class, it's usually about 11-12 people who turn up, with year 2's class having the most number of people with an average of 13+. Today, they had 15 or so. That's the class i was in before i switched to year 1. So it was calmer day today for teaching i guess. But the most interesting thing is that there's this one girl in my class. I noticed a while ago, because i run a memory verse thing where basically they just recite to me some words and where it comes from, how she was getting everything right and stuff. So yeah she reminded me alot of me when i was her age and around abouts. So we pushed up the difficulty a bit and she still got it.

So i knew i had someone pretty special for her age. The interesting thing is that today, she told us that she did the year 3 Basic Skills Test and she's in year 1. Able to do stuff the year above you is pretty good, but doing stuff 2 years above, that's very, very impressive and special. Pretty crazy too. When she grows up, she'll be someone. Also, she didn't find the basic skills test difficult. So that is pretty unique. I don't know of anyone who's done something like that. So i guess it's good and bad in a way that i am teaching her. I am trying to teach her for the good, but also yeah if she gets a sniff of my influence, yeah i'll corrupt her then. Not good...

But seriously, that's pretty crazy. So after teaching, had a committee meeting and now i'm very busy. Yesterday, i was on the phone alot. Both for making plans and also for important stuff such as committee stuff. But now, since i officially kick in and start my role, it's going to be a busy two months for me. So stayed for about an hour after and just talked really. We got stuff done and yeah we'll see how it goes. Still need to get some stuff organised and yeah many other things as well. Pretty hectic.

After church, not much has happened really. Ate lunch with parents, came home, talked with Sarah, since she came over and stuff. We really talked about what happened with me yesterday and stuff. That took up a bit of the time. It was interesting what we concluded with. But yeah that's for us to know only. This i'm keeping under wraps. Did some qma work and then had dinner. After dinner, Cherie rang me and yeah we had a pretty good chat about everything that's gone on for the past few weeks. I mean i see her at least once a week at church, but yeah we don't really get the chance to seriously talk. So i guess having these sessions are good for the both of us. It was a good 2 1/2 hours and stuff, then i came online to just blog and to get some stuff done.

Tomorrow, qma lecture and tute. Not going to get my results tomorrow but yeah i'm sure that i'll get it sooner or later. But what i'm more worried about is the groups of dickheads and stuff.

Something that i guess i forgot to mention yesterday is that sure i had a great time, but yeah i guess i'm really understating the importance of the actual day. I realised that yeah we really don't have time at all to do something like this anytime soon really. So yeah it did hit me today. But i really feel sorry for Sisi. If anyone remembers Mimi and Jason and how they're going out now, well Sisi's in their bio group. Need i say more for the people who know...For those who don't know, they don't do shite seriously. Jason's a dick. He has no guy friends, well maybe that's changed since uni, but the High boys and the Tech boys that know him, hate him. I hope that Ruo reads this. I'm sure he has many things to say about this issue.
