Eh?: Yowie's 21st/ Ash's Open House

A few days after the CU Christmas Party, had to get ready for another 21st. That makes it 3 21sts that I've attended in about a week. Quite hectic, but meh this is what happens when you know too many December babies.

So this 21st was nothing unusual, yet still really good. The main people there were Yowie's high school friends, his uni friends and his church friends. So yeah apart from just being hectic fitting all these people in his house, there was mahjong, poker, drinking games and the new Nintendo. Many, many things to keep most of us occupied.

Speeches were hilarious :) Most were basically about how Yowie's such a woman, with variations with each of them. For example, his church friends brought out a collection of "products" that Yowie uses. This includes: hand cream, spiking gel and Proactive. Out of the 6 items, only 2 were really his (one being the Proactive, the other one I don't remember). But the point being is Yowie's always been in touch with his feminine side. Hilarious times.

Unfortunately, most of the things taken there were movies and so I can't really upload them here :( They're too big, even for YouTube. The pics on the other hand...well...I gave my memory card to a friend to pass them onto the birthday boy. So I don't have memory to take photos as of yet. But stay tuned for them.

Ash's place was also awesome. Right now, she's in Thailand doing mission so yeah pray for Ash :) The worst thing was she wasn't feeling too well either when we went over to her place as well. That was like a few days before her mission as well. That sucks heaps.

Quite a number of her and her family friends were there that aren't from uni, so it made for quite an interesting mix. Apart from that, because Ash wasn't feeling so well, she had a few lie downs, which sucked heaps but yeah can't do much about it really. So during her lie downs, a few of us went over to Berowra Waters to admire the scenery. Awesome views and pics will come at the end of this blog. Unfortunately, there's no pics from Ash's place so yeah :(

Mike and Maddy rocked up as well :) They came back Christmas Eve so it was a nice surprise to see them there as well. Mike was saying they took about 1600 photos, which is quite a feat for 2 weeks of sightseeing. But yeah they're good and they're back :)
